We monitor and control more than 40 variables through our sand lab for the core-making process, and provide statistical follow-up at the production line. This technical excellence makes us a premier supplier of highly complex castings.

We specialize in cold box and shell core making, and precision high-pressure mold making. You are assured of uniform quality, consistent dimensions, and excellent machinability of castings from one pound to 700 pounds.

A formal certification program is in place with suppliers of our critical materials. SPC and Quality Assurance programs are audited at these critical suppliers. Every load of steel scrap, all sand and resins, and all coke used to charge our cupola, fall under stringent pre-use testing processes.

In addition to supplier certification, we operate under an internal Quality Assurance program that uses statistical controls for core production, molding, metallurgy and dimensions. Variables Gauging of in-process castings duplicates a customer's first line machining operation enhancing quality and value for the customer.
